Description

The 10 Seconds® Ultra Arch is the perfect insole for those with a high arch or a structured, rigid foot.

The 10 Seconds Ultra Arch is a cushioned insole that supports the foot while adding necessary shock absorption. Thanks to the metatarsal support, which distributes pressure evenly, the 10 Seconds Ultra Arch is a favorite of marathon runners and casual athletes looking for an insole to prevent/alleviate plantar fasciitis pain, heel pain, or Achilles tendonitis.

10 Seconds Ultra Arch insoles are designed to go with you anywhere, from the court to the cubicle, and are designed for standing, running, and any sport in between.

You may know these as the New Balance Ultra Arch Insole, New Balance Supportive Cushioning Insole, and New Balance Ultra Support 3810 Insole. They feature the following:

  • Foot types: High Arch, Medium Arch, Flexible Foot
  • Color: Orange and black top cover with orange and teal bottom. Previous color: blue top cover with gray, orange, and black bottom
  • Abzorb foot strike pads in the heel and forefoot provide maximum shock absorption.
  • Carbon fiber external heel and arch support allow for a lighter-weight insole with increased strength and superior shock attenuation.
  • Extra deep heel cup helps to cushion the foot naturally
  • Metatarsal support distributes pressure and can help prevent or provide relief from Plantar Fasciitis, Morton’s neuroma, and metatarsalgia
  • Anti-blister and biostatic antimicrobial top cover helps to fight blisters and allows for cooler, dryer feet
  • Biostatic antimicrobial top cover helps to fight odors
  • PVC and latex-free

Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • Can Ultra ARCH iNSOLES be used in water sports? I play water volleyball in a pool.

The insoles are not waterproof and will absorb moisture.  If you use them in the pool you will want to make sure to let them thoroughly dry in between each use.

  • which is better for mortons neuroma, metatarsal pain with accompying planter faschitis the motion green or the ultr orange. thank u.

They are both excellent insoles for metatarsal pain and plantar fasciities. If you have a high arch we recommend the Ten Seconds Ultra Arch. If you have a medium to low arch we recemmend the Ten Seconds Motion Control.

  • Are are they good for long periods of standing

Yes these are great for adding comfort and support to your shoes during long periods of standing.  The Ultra Arch insole is one of the top choices for people with high arches.

  • What do you recommend for flat beet

For flat feet we recommend the 10 Seconds Motion Control if you would like a metatarsal pad. Other good options for flat feet are the Powerstep Protech Control and Superfeet All Purpose Low Insoles.

  • How often should I replace my 10 seconds insoles Ultra Arch that I wear daily in my boots for walking/hiking?

For daily use, it is generally recommended to replace your Ultra Arch insoles every 8-12 months for optimum support and comfort.

  • I wear between 7 and 7 1/2 should I size up or down?

Usually it is best to size down, especially if you are placing them in an athletic shoe.

  • Is this good for a supinating foot?

Yes, this insole is designed to help with supination.

  • Are these good for wide width shoes?

Yes these should work well in a wide width shoe.

  • Should I order one size up of the 10 Second Ultra Arch for a wide foot?

At times you can order a size up, however with the Ultra Arch insoles we generally recommend ordering the same size as your foot to insure proper metatarsal placement.  The insole will usually fit properly into a wide shoe as well as a regular width shoe.

  • I wear a hiking boot with a wide toe box (not a wide shoe size) and have a med-high arch, so I need an orthotic that will fill out the toe box. How wide is your toe in a women's 6.5?

The widest width of the forefoot on the Ultra Arch is 3.5 "

  • What is the height of the arch?

The highest part of the arch is 1 3/8" when there is no weight on the insole.  It will compress slightly when weight is put on it.

  • How can you tell you need to replace the insoles due to wear

Insoles generally last between 6-12 months depending on how much they are used and the materials they are made out of. If you notice that they do not feel as supportive as they once did, it is time to replace them.  It is usually best to replace your insoles when you replace your shoes.

  • Are these ESD inserts

    No they are not.

These insoles provide excellent arch support, particularly praised for helping with plantar fasciitis, high arches, and Morton's neuroma. Customers said they offer superior comfort, often outperforming custom orthotics. Many noted immediate pain relief and use them in all their shoes. Some found the arches too high or price expensive.

the best thing about second Ultra Arch 3810

I always wore inserts until may of 2024 when I bought new sneakers, which were so comfortable that I stopped wearing inserts in them. By July I was in pain!! Low back pain and sciatica. I could not even turn over in bed without terrible pain. Then I had a thought: The inserts I had not been wearing. I put them in my sneakers and bought 2 more sets for all of my shoes. By Early September the pain was going away. My doctor said: you are getting back into balance. Today,December 14,2024, I am pain free. This is my true story. I am an active 79 year old and my back is and the sciatica is gone

funky product name

I needed the tallest arches available. These came from a company with a name I would not have trusted save for the helpful advise from Insoles. They are different, they are working great for me.

Best I've tried

Initially purchased these because of a bad case of plantar fasciitis. These were the only insoles that lessened the pain and helped cure my PF. I've continued to use these in every boot I own, because of the comfort. I now swap these into brand new boots and experience the comfort for all-day wear that I require. Amazing!

Well made but not for me.

The insoles arches are a bit high for my feet. No change in Metatarsal pain. I am disappointed, but service was great and as I said the insoles are well made.

High Arch support

I have very high arch and have tried all types of shoes; but the only support my feet love is this insole. I have never been so happy to review anything before. I hope this helps to people with high arch and long working hours.

Ultra Arch is a keeper!

Impressive, pretty much immediate (10 seconds !) relief from the foot pain I have been experiencing. I have a high arch and a tendency for supination, along with a very sensitive little toe on my left foot. Tried different shoes , orthotics and many different amendments with some relief but the ultra arch is the first one that really addresses the issue. I am curious to see how this will hold up with time but I’m still going to order another pair. I wish I could just get one for my left foot because I have not had any issues with my right foot.

Ultra Arch

I was hoping they had more cushion to them. It seems that my other insoles had that when they were new. Thats why I bought a new pair. They feel the same as the pair I have been wearing for months. I dont know if your product has changed or my feet have.

Great insoles!

I have very high arches and, after bunion surgery, have painful sesmoid issues in my forefoot ads they are bone and bone (no cartilage at all). I have tried so many insoles over the years, even custom orthotics, and nothing has provided any where near the comfort as these insoles. I am so happy that I gave them a try. I will be purchasing more of these in the future.

Soulful Customer Service!

My package was inadvertently shipped to our old address and somehow Insoles customer service was able to get it to me at our new address. Not sure if it was magic or not - yet my feet are grateful as am I. Thanks for your help and the friendly chat. It’s comforting to speak with real people and not a bot! 10 stars for a company I can rely on in the midst of holiday mail traffic, too.
