Heat-moldable Warm ‘n Form insole technology for a more customized fit:
- Preheat a regular or conventional oven to bake at 200°F/95°C
- Remove existing factory insoles from shoes and set aside
- Once the oven is preheated to 200°F/95°C, place both FORM insoles face down (color side down) on the middle oven rack
- Watch the special “temperature ready” indicator that is located on the bottom of your insole until it turns black in color. (If, after 2 minutes, the temperature tab does not turn black, remove the insoles.)
- Remove insoles from the oven and immediately place both warm insoles into your shoes or boots
- Make sure you are wearing socks and immediately step into your shoes or boots and lace them up
- Stand comfortably with your feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees slightly for approximately 3 minutes, and let the insoles form to your feet.

I wear size 16 shoe. Will the xlarge fit or do you make a larger size?
Size M should work well for a size 16 shoe.

Are the sizes exact or is there a recommendation to size up?
The sizes listed correspond with the arch length/shoe size. It is recommended you order the same size as your shoe. If it is at all to long for the shoe the end can be easily trimmed.
These moldable insoles provide excellent arch support for high arches and flat feet. Customers said "they solved my arch pain" and praised the custom fit. Most found them comfortable for all-day wear on concrete. Some concerns: too hard for sensitive feet, too wide for women's sneakers, and a break-in period needed.
I recently developed issues with plantar fasciitis. As a physician, I knew immediately that it was time for some good insoles. I started out by buying a heat-molded pair at my local running store. These worked out great but were pretty expensive. I needed additional insoles and that's when I discovered FORM insoles. FORM insoles are essentially 1/2 the cost of the ones I first bought in my local running store. I purchased the Reinforced version for my daily running shoes. After popping them in the oven for a couple minutes, I was able to heat-mold them to my feet for a custom fit. They have worked out great and have really helped provide much-needed arch support to reverse my plantar fasciitis. I definitely plan to purchase more FORM insoles and start recommending them to my patients!
I've a week arch/ankle from breaking my ankle, I also have high arches so normal arch support doesn't work for me. I found these and ordered two pairs. They are amazing. I've worn them for two good walks and my feet are well supported, no rubbing no blisters. Better yet, they actually fit to my arches, there's no 1/8" gap or so so I'm really getting full support. I'm buying more!

I got the 1/2 size larger pair & they were easy to trim. They fit perfect and now have formed to my foot. Love them!
I weigh 280 and these do a good job for me. I’m on concrete all day and these help a lot.
The insoles I purchased I had returned not due to a product defect, or because the product was bad they were just not a fit for me. I will say this the return was fast and easy. When I receive my credit I will repurchase the Insole that fit my lifestyle and my body.
Way too wide to fit into sneakers. Maybe ok for men's. Had high hopes but not good.

They solved my arch pain
The insole is too hard. I have little or no flesh on my feet. Once I formed them to my feet they felt OK but once I walked in them my feet became sore. No improvement

Not a good insole for working on your feet all day
These are hands down the best insoles I have ever had. My brother told me about them and he wears them in all his shoes and tactical boots so if they were good enough for him then I made sure to get 3 pair and have ordered more so that I will have them in all my shoe
I wanted these to work. The concept is great--warm to soften the insoles to mold to the foot--but they did not work for me, possibly because of my 4E wide foot. The outside felt like it had a lump sticking into the side of my foot, and the instep was so hard as to be painful. I am reluctant to blame the insoles as my feet are problematic, and I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis, so maybe these would work for people with normal feet. They just didn't work for me. Disappointing.

Lumpy and unnatural. Took way too long to be made. Did more than just the arch support requested and just couldn't get my feet to adjust.

Ordered again as these are the kind of support I was looking for. Take a day or 3 to form to foot but they WORK.
Easy refund
It took about 3 days of wearing them for my feet to became accustomed to them but now they are a perfect fit and my feet feel great again. I am almost 90 years old and can take my walks again without pain.
I am over 65 and need all the help I can get .

Theses are the best insoles I have ever worn. I have trouble standing for a long time. Put these in my sneakers and I can't believe how much they help. No more foot pain and no more tiered legs. Can walk all day with no issues. They are the best I have tried and I have tried them all. Glad to have found them and will be purchasing more of the same for my other shoes.
I have now purchased my 4th pair of the reinforced 'Form' men's arch support. I have tried many other supports over the years, but these seem to really help. Both of my feet are flat, but the right foot suffers the most from over-pronation. With these Form supports, my pain is almost gone and I have been able to begin to walk with little to no pain. I would recommend these to anyone who suffers from flat feet.
