Shipping information and policies


We offer FREE standard shipping for all insoles and all orders that total $20.00 or more before tax! A flat standard shipping fee of $5.00 is charged for all orders that total less than $20.00.

If you need your items faster you can upgrade to expedite shipping. Expedited shipping rates will be available in your shopping cart during checkout.

How long until an order ships?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, excluding holidays. On the rare occasion that an item is on backorder you will be notified via email and be given the option to cancel.


We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipping but reserve the right to use any carrier. If you choose to upgrade to expedited shipping you will be able to choose your shipping carrier at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back-order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. You will receive an email with the back-order information and have the option to cancel that part of your order. If you choose to wait for the back-ordered item, we will ship the item as soon as it comes in. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment.

Where do we ship?

We ship to addresses within the 50 United States, Washington D.C., U.S. P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
